Our car died unexpectedly when we weren't financially prepared to purchase an ideal newer vehicle. So we shopped for a newer used car at Heritage Cadillac under less than best emotional conditions. We were served patiently and professionally by used car salesperson Ms. Fran Scepanovich, who invested (6) hours from 3 PM to 9:30 PM helping us to evaluate different vehicles, try out those that seemed likely, and to close the deal on the newer used car of our choice - a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. This was our 7th consecutive purchase from Heritage Cadillac since 2002. Every time we shop with Heritage Cadillac we are served by highly trained and personable staff, and management personnel make themselves readily available to smooth circumstances nicely whenever something unusual arises.
