The amount that I offered for my trade was more than $2,000 below all other Chevy Dealer offers. I could have gotten the same vehicle at a different dealership, but because of the way I have been treated and the best deal possible from Heritage, I continue to be a loyal Heritage customer. There was an unfortunate incident during the delivery process that delayed my vehicle being delivered to me for a few days, but I know that I will be taken care of by the dealership in the future in the servicing of my vehicle. Sales Rep was friendly, hated the back and forth numbers game. Told them up front did not want to do that. Walked out on my first visit, got a call on way home saying they could drop price. Went back a week later and made the purchase. Had a trade, ended up not making a trade as this dealership was extreemly low in thier offer, did not even compete with Kelly Blue Book.
