Not only did the sales consultants I dealt with treat me better than any other dealership I have been too but even other sales associates would great you nicely while you were there. I was given a tour of the service department and besides the fact that the facility looked very clean the employee's there were also very nice and personable. Even though I am sure I was being difficult with the type of vehicle I wanted Dontae and Roman took their time with me and made sure I was buying the right vehicle. I would definitely suggest everyone takes the time to make Heritage Chevrolet Buick one of their first stops when looking for a vehicle. I worked with Steve Oxendine initially because of the prices that I saw online for the Tahoe. Unfortunately, the online prices were not accurate because they included all of incentives that were availab prices that I saw online for the Tahoe. Unfortunately, the online prices were not accurate because they included all of incentives that were available but I was not eligible for them. This was deceiving. I went in and spoke to Steve and he had Jerome begin to work my husband and I. After negotiating, Steve and Jerome were able to make the Tahoe price workable and were able to compete with the Toyota dealership that we were also working with to Trade in a truck and purchase a new SUV. Overall, our experience was pleasureable. More
A few days ago I saw the Consumer Reports Top 10 Vehicles and fell in love with the 2010 Chevrolet Traverse. My initial contact was via email with Internet Manager Steve Oxendine checking to see when I woul and fell in love with the 2010 Chevrolet Traverse. My initial contact was via email with Internet Manager Steve Oxendine checking to see when I would like to come in to see the Traverses. My husband and I took the kids last week and meet Jerome who was very informative about the Traverse, the current specials going on at their dealer, and answered every question we had. He wasn't pushy at all, he just made everything smooth. We went home to think and heard from Jerome on Thursday just checking to see if we had any questions and if the Traverse was what I wanted. I was happy with the positive feedback and the feeling of genuine care for my family's needs. I wanted to trade my car in for a larger, safer vehicle for my family without breaking the bank. On Saturday, Jerome even stayed past 6pm to meet with us again and discuss the best price for our Traverse. Combined with my trade in, **GREAT** REBATE being offer this month, and the wheeling and dealing Ramon in the Finance Department did got me a price I could not only live with but actually be HAPPY about. The final step was the PAPERWORK which was handled by Gordon James-Business Manager who is the best. Not only is he informative, he cares about making your experience memorable and pleasant. To top it all off, Monday morning I received a call that Gordon had found an even lower % rate with another lender, bringing my payment down even more. I mean talk about going "Above and Beyond" actually keeping my finances in mind. I love this dealership and the feeling I have after purchasing my new Traverse. I feel like I stole the car off the lot with the great price I got and the feeling of complete satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with was there to service the customer not the company and that is definitely hard to find. WOW! Outstanding customer service really does exist! After years of assuming it was normal to receive poor service, I found out I was wrong. I was thoroughly educated about the vehicle I was interested in, given the opportunity to drive the exact car I wanted to purchase, and shown more features than I realized existed. There was never any pressure to make a choice or decision and I was never rushed or made to hurry through any part of my visit. Dontae and Robert were very courteous, kind and sincere in every aspect of my purchase. I have never experienced a smoother finance process. Gordon was patient, easy going and clearly explained every detail of our paperwork. Robert and Dontae thought of every detail such as pre-setting my radio stations to what I had in my previous car, a full tank of gas, parking my old and new car next to eachother so I could easily transfer my items, freshly washed my new car, made sure I knew where to go for my future service's, set up my On Star service, and all while we had our very tired 3 year old daughter with us. I cannot express my gratitude enough. There is no question that Heritage is far superior to any other dealership out there. They put their customers first and it shows. Thank you so much! More

stubbled across the internet site at heritage and saw some nice traverses contacted steve and we spoke many times for several days and he answered all my questions and concerns. my hubby and i were undec some nice traverses contacted steve and we spoke many times for several days and he answered all my questions and concerns. my hubby and i were undecided between a traverse and an acadia steve really knew his stuff where he pretty much had a sale over the phone. color,price everything was great.well hubby and i got up there and we took a test drive and come to find out the one we test drove wasnt the one we had been talking about but one a bit higher priced but it had just the extras we needed. we never saw the one steve and i had been talking about. the mix up was a good one. i haggled the price as we had a payment we had to stay near and steve came thru. gary still has some studying to do on the vehicles as he wasnt as knowledgable as he could have been. he was explaining the interior of the vehicle to us in the dark with just the overhead light on very hard to see and understand what he was talking about but we got thru it tho. in the years to come if we need another vehicle we will deffinately go back to heritage More
