In the last 6 years I dealt with Sidney he always went above and beyond to give me the best deal. This July I went in to order a new truck to my liking and dealt with Sidney and again went above and beyon above and beyond to give me the best deal. This July I went in to order a new truck to my liking and dealt with Sidney and again went above and beyond. Then 3 months later new truck came in and we pick it up without any problems. On the way home tire sensor light came on I called Sidney and his boss and him pick truck up took it back to dealer fix the problem and delivered it back to me. Thanks a lot Sidney for all the deals. The guys I worked with from Michael, Alan, and Fred were all amazing. No one forced a more expensive vehicle on me. Mike was willing to play the numbers on any car I wanted. My test drive was fun! Loved all the néw features and color. The entire visit was long, but enjoyable. They even offered to get me dinner! The financial discounts were surprisingly a great plus to bring my cost down to what was acceptable to my budget. No one forced a ton of options, but I did choose a few extras. Compared to another dealer I visited, this was the best experience I’ve had in purchasing a new vehicle. I have nothing but great words for the entire team I worked with at Heritage. I thank Michael for taking his time with me and guiding through my purchase. And Fred tolerated all my curious remarks while he played with the numbers. The aromatherapy was a nice touch too!
