Rude salesmen and terrible service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service and inspection. I was told a few hundred in brake work was needed so I gave the go ahead. Once I was told the car was ready I had to wait over an hour to get it. While waiting, I looked at the new Ram 1500 trucks since I knew I'd be buying one in the next few months. I had to hunt a salesman down and once I did he didn't seem very interested in answering my questions. He was actually down right rude and seemed to want to be anywhere else but selling cars. Two days after I brought my Cadillac home the brakes failed on interstate 81. I almost got into an accident. I had the car towed to another garage to have them take a look at it. Long story short, these people totally screwed up my brakes. It cost me another few hundred dollars to have the brakes redone elsewhere. I was not about to take it back to this place and take my life into my own hands. I haven't gone back since and bought my new Ram 1500 from another more friendly dealership. Consider yourself warned. More
