Had issues with service that was paid for but not completed. Took the vehicle back to get it done and I guess it was done, hard to take their word for it now. Engine cooling fan will stay on and they completed. Took the vehicle back to get it done and I guess it was done, hard to take their word for it now. Engine cooling fan will stay on and they said nothing was wrong with it, had it looked at , at another dealership and they found that the temperature sensor was malfunctioning. Now I'm without a car until it gets fixed, something they should've done. More

Originally spoke to Gavin, who then referred me to Charles the sales manager, when trying to buy a car priced online at a great price. I called Gavin back. His phone was out of service. They were not returned only to email me eight hours later and tell me he could not sell the car to me at the price listed. I have a list of dealers to call with similar pricing, but friends referred me to the dealership. What a waste of time. That they emailed me earlier, but I never got the email yet. When I talked to them on the phone they resent the email and it came over in seconds Complete horrible customer service was looking to make a cash offer and walk out with the car in a day or two don’t waste your time. Well where do I start first off this dealership sold my sister in-law a used jeep compass. Which was supposed to be a certified pre owned. Well someone in the service department decided to inspect said car sister in-law a used jeep compass. Which was supposed to be a certified pre owned. Well someone in the service department decided to inspect said car realized it needed 2 tires which was fine. However they proceeded to install a 255/55/18 on the front axle and let the original 225/55/18 on the rear. Well if you know anything about all wheel drive vehicles this thing was a handful to drive in the rain. And would hum at highway speeds. Reason it was not caught at time of delivery is it was dark. Called and spoke to Wendell and told him car was unsafe to drive he proceeded to tell me he spoke with his service advisor and That's not a problem. Meanwhile my sister in-law is scared to drive her new car. So I asked Wendell when can they fix their mistake he says Tuesday and he didn't have a rental car to give her.I worked out a deal with him where he said he would pay for a rental car for her and then cut her a check for the rental fee as they didn't have a car to give her. Well it's been 2 weeks and finally reimbursement for the rental after a few back and forth phone calls.However they did fix said car by putting 2 new tires on the front however they should have put 4 on it for the inconvenience. About the only person that seemed to know what he was going was a gentleman in truck service department Brian he was super helpful when I called in. Wendel and I spoke and agreed that there is a problem in there service department and they are looking into correcting it. More
