I sold my vehicle here and have yet to receive a check for the money I am owed. They told me I would receive my check in the mail in a week, and it's been almost a month. They told me there was a title issue, when I tried to contact them to get it fixed they ignored my phone calls and no one called me back. Had my husband go in to see what is going on and they claim they sorted it out and called me, but I received no phone calls from them. They told my husband it would still be another two weeks till I get my money, yet no one called me to inform me of this. Charles, the sales manager there, in particular has been ignoring all my phone calls and voicemails and lying saying he has been updating me. I even called Charles after my husband left the dealership because I knew he was in the office, and he still ignored my phone call. I will no longer be doing business here, which is a shame as I love my brand new Toyota from Heritage. All they had to do was return my phone calls. More

I must have reached out to them 10 different times and no one would answer or return my phone calls. I have spent $500 after I bought the vehicle between MVA issues insurance thing and parts. This is my 5th purchase through heritage/mile on and I can confidently say it’s my last. I have regretted this purchase since day one and it has nothing to do with the vehicle I itself. More
