Mr. Perry had contacted me concerning my desire for a new vehicle and helped me to clarrify whether I really wanted a Town & Country van or a Dodge Caraven. He was very helpful in having me look at what I wanted, what I needed, and what I could afford within a reasonable level. During the time there I had a phone call from out of state informing me of the passing of my Brother's daughter-in-law and they were very supportive of me when I informed them of the call, which was above and beyond the norm of some businesses. I bought my 2008 Jeep Liberty with the new Sky Slider Option (brand new) from Heritage. My overall experience with Heritage has ben less than satisfactory. I have noticed several issues with my Jeep, w Option (brand new) from Heritage. My overall experience with Heritage has ben less than satisfactory. I have noticed several issues with my Jeep, while still in the two-year warranty period. After multiple trips to Heritage, the issues have still not been resolved. My clock still loses time, my Sky Slider liner separates while open, etc. My Jeep is now out of the warranty time/mileage. It has been a long, hard battle and I feel like customer service is seriously lacking. Things are great if you are taking your car in for the normal service/ oil changes, but watch out if they sell you a brand new car that has problems!! More
