Be CAREFUL!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! I live in Idaho, and drove to Utah to pick up a Ford Transit Connect for my business...and had in depth conversations with their local sales consultan I live in Idaho, and drove to Utah to pick up a Ford Transit Connect for my business...and had in depth conversations with their local sales consultant, Bret. Because I live 4 hours away, I asked Bret questions about the vehicle for several days trying to ensure everything would be great. After a bus ride to Utah to get this vehicle, and inspecting the vehicle, I signed, payed for the vehicle and left. As I drove home, I noticed there was an after market floor mat designed for a back seat that was covering the floormat. I moved it while on the freeway as it was in my way, and started to notice water, and then every time I would move my foot more water would come out... when I got home I realized that there was a hole in the rubber floormat, and someone while cleaning had doused (literally gallons of water) and it had soaked the bottom carpet, and foam! I sent a video to the salesman, and he said "sorry" and that there was nothing they could do. Didn't even ask questions about it...because I am sure he already knew, and hit it from me with an aftermarket floor mat hoping I wouldn't see it. Its a used vehicle, and I knew that, but someone there made a $600 mistake, and they could have cared less even though it was 2 hours after my purchase that I noticed. Greedy people who could care less about doing the right thing. I wont do business with them again. You should think twice about it as well. More
