Thankful Two days ago Dan and I decided, we would not go to Brigham to look at Jeeps, because we had gone to other dealers, and came away feeling like that the Two days ago Dan and I decided, we would not go to Brigham to look at Jeeps, because we had gone to other dealers, and came away feeling like that there is no way we could get one in our price range (450.00 a month range.), and they were less then up front with us, when we would ask questions on interest rates etc. Then Michael and Dave left us super nice messages on our phone, and it made us think twice and we went this morning. We were greeted warmly, they never made us feel like it was impossible, always positive. They were so up front and honest ,showing us step by step how things would go. When it got to the money end of the adventure we saw Les, he was so knowledgeable, business like, but also personable, I personally loved the guy. When we went to the other dealer we looked at 2015 Cherokees they said no way in that price range. Well I guess they were wrong! My husband and I just drove away in a beautiful white 2016 Cherokee in that price range. After we bought the car, they treated us to lunch, washed our car, gave us a free tank of gas, went through all the computer options (slowly, we are in our 60's), it was an amazing experience. Also on our trade in of a 2005 Jeep, the difference between what the other dealer offered us and what Heritage Brigham City offered us was over 3,000.00 more, When we left there we felt like we were their favorite customers ever, but I am sure they treat all the customers like that. Thank-you Mike, Dave and Les! We will recommend all our friends and family to you. We live in Clinton and of course Layton or Riverdale would be more convenient, but I am telling the truth, I would drive out to Brigham City to be treated with respect, kindness, honesty and where I would receive the better deal!
