When I drove into the dealership, I was met by Gage and he introduced himself and welcomed me to the dealership. I wanted to think about it over night and talk to my wife and Gage said he totally understood that and he wanted me to be sure before we bought any car, it was what we wanted. The next day I came in and Gage had made arrangements with Chase to meet me, as he would be off work. Chase introduced himself and said he would be able to help me in Gage's absence. He made arrangements with Les to get my trade-in appraisal done, which only took a few minutes. Les came back with a very fair trade-in price the 1st time and the deal was made. It was so nice to deal with honest people who made the buying experience the best I've ever had. I had never been to a Heritage dealership before as I do not live in Utah,but you won't find better people to do business with the Gage, Chase and Les. From the moment I got there, Gage made me feel comfortable and wasn't pushy at all. He listened to everything I was wanting in a car and he definitely helped me out. Bret Davis has been the man there for over 40 years. If you want an honest salesman that’s who I would go see. You could definitely do a lot worse somewhere else, like down the street a few blocks! I’ve had my vehicles worked on there since the 1980s and I have yet to have a problem with their mechanics. I’ve heard people complain about Heritage Dodge, but they’re the kind of people that would xxxxx and complain about any place. More
Jeep 2022 10/12/2021, I special ordered a 2022 wrangler Rubicon 392. This is the nicest and most expensive vehicle I have ever owned. To say I was excited to get delivery is an understatement. 1/27/2022, I was told that the Jeep would be in this week. 1/29/2022, I drove to the dealership after lunch on the chance the Jeep would be in. I was shocked to see the special ordered Jeep (I had waited almost 4 months for) covered with mud up to the windows and the odometer registered 20 miles. It looked like someone had taken it for a joy ride. 1/31/2022, I arrived at the dealership to close on my new Jeep. I was not offered a test drive, and one was not taken (The odometer is now 25 miles). Some mud was still in the tire tread and minor mud spatter remained on the leather interior. Bret Davis scheduled an oil change for 3/8/2022 @ 10:00 AM. I ask if this was part of the Jeep Wave program. Bret said “no this will be covered by the dealership.” 1/14/2022, Bret called asking how I liked my new Jeep. I mentioned the oil change on 3/8/2022. Bret said, “This isn’t for an oil change but a multipoint inspection.” I believe the dealer should provide one free oil and filter change to mitigate possible damage. (This should not be part of the 3 oil changes and tire rotations provided by Jeep Wave.) After reading the “break-in-recommendations”, this is a good start. I don’t know if an oil change will solve over revving of a new engine or any other damage that a multipoint inspection may find or that may occur due to the “Joy Ride”. More
