"My jeep started acting funny when I was approximately 30..."

My jeep started acting funny when I was approximately 30 miles away from home on a Saturday afternoon. Knowing something was obviously wrong I called heritage to schedule an appt. I spoke to the service manager, Chase, who asked me to describe the problem. He then told me I could bring in my jeep right away for a diagnostic check. I didn’t expect to have the jeep looked at right away so this was a pleasant surprise! After arriving, Chase ran the test and identified the problem. He acted quickly to find a replacement coil part and got my jeep fixed and back on the road within one hour!! I could not believe it! This was especially important because a big snow storm was coming the next day! I am so impressed with the service dept and manager Chase! They really did me a HUGE favor and I really appreciate the quick service!! Thank you chase and Heritage of Brigham.

"Helpful service!"

I had just bought my first used 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee - and I had tow bar package installed on it, but the towing instructions portion of the manual was lost. National Jeep customer support didn't have access to old manuals. Tech Authority only sold printed copies and I needed instructions right away. Pulled in the dealership and Justin Terry came out, and he was a huge help! He was friendly. He searched for the missing instructions on his phone and took screenshots and texted them to me. He even helped me with adjusting the tow bar kit to make sure Jeep wasn't braking while towing. Thank you so much for the awesome service!

They remember we have an appointment, they have everything ready, they take us at our scheduled time, and they do the work correctly. Another dealer we used to use routinely, we had to take it the night before because even though you had an appointment, they would work on it when they got to it and that didn't even mean the same day as the appointment. Now my husband can take the truck, wait for the service, and be home in no time. This dealer is the whole package...very organized, on top of things, great prices, and they take care of their customers. It is no wonder we love this no hassle dealer! We are so glad to have a good Dodge dealer to work with ... and as much as we love the dealer, we might even love our 2019 1500 RAM more...it is so nice...worth the payments.

"Mechanical repairs"

I took my Wrangler in for a check engine light code for a cylinder misfire. The mechanics and support staff were professional, very friendly and concerned about my experience. They kept my Wrangler over the fourth of July weekend due to a burnt valve. The new head, which was in Denver would take the weekend to arrive until 6 July. The service staff provided me with a free loaner , Which my previous Jeep dealer would have never done! The car had to be returned with a full tank of gas was the only requirement. The service crew made the repairs ans returned my Jeep in a very reasonable amount of time. I am an instant customer for life with Heritage Jeep Chrysler Ram and Dodge!

"My lucky day....."

Stopped in to have the oil changed in my 05 Dodge diesel and like always, got hit up by a salesman about trading it in/upgrading(go figure). Turned out it was my lucky day! Not only did I get to meet Cordon Barker(Sales Rep/great guy) but an '02 Dodge diesel was driving through the lot which was coming in on trade. I expressed my interest in it and asked Cordon to put my name on it as soon as it became available. Things worked out and I purchased this very well taken care of truck. THANKS Cordon!

"Errant micro electrical drain"

To anyone unaware of Customer Support from Heritage Jeep, Brigham City Utah. Recently, my Jeep purchased from Heritage, began to have intermittent loss of electrical power affecting the entire engine. The staff from the lady in the show rom to the service department and most likely others as well... came quickly and professionally trained and with good cheer brought my 11 year old Cherokee back to life. There had to be a bit of frustration for the mechanics and staff; however, they never presented frustration and kept me confident with their frequent updates and willingness to my satisfaction until the old hoopy was back running like it was brand new. I cannot say anything but THANK YOU ALL who made it work. I would recommend their professionalism, good nature and sincere focus on getting it right! Thank you Heritage for making an old coot happy! "HIDE YOUR WALLET! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS"

I had a local shop recommend we take my truck here because the speedometer wasn't working and after their "diagnostic" they said I needed a new computer. 900 dollars later the problem still wasn't fixed, now they tell me I need another computer and that will surely fix the problem, another 700 buck, I don't think so. I took my old computer and my truck back, replaced a 60 dollar ABS module in my driveway and made the guy at the original shop put my old computer back on and guess what? It works great. If I wanted to throw parts at this truck I could be done that myself but I took it to the dealer because they're supposed to be the pros.
