Very unhappy with service from your Bel Air location. Today my 2020 Honda Odyssey would not start. I called your Bel-Air location to see if you had a tow truck. Your staff connected me with a tow truck a Today my 2020 Honda Odyssey would not start. I called your Bel-Air location to see if you had a tow truck. Your staff connected me with a tow truck and I arranged for them to come out. What I didn’t know is that the tow truck was coming from Towson and I live in Aberdeen. After he got my van started, I was charged $200. He explained to me that he had to come all the way from Towson. You would think the dealership would’ve recommended a towing company a bit closer. Not a happy camper. More
