Happy minivan customer Nicole, along with everyone we dealt with at heritage Honda, was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stopped by to look at used minivans with our Nicole, along with everyone we dealt with at heritage Honda, was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stopped by to look at used minivans with our 2 year old and 8 month old in tow. Nicole was so patient with our children, and with us. She showed us multiple vans, answered all of our questions, helped us load and unload our kids into all the vans we test drove, and even gave our two year old (and us!) snacks when he got hungry! We ended up buying a 2019 Odyssey! We are so happy we were able to spend the time we needed at the dealership with a patient salesperson who didn’t rush us or pressure us into anything. We ended up with the brand new Odyssey, even though we planned on buying used, because she was so willing to work with us and answer all of our questions and allowed us the time we needed to weigh our options and learn what we needed to about the vehicles before we made a decision. We are very happy we “just stopped in to check out some used minivans”!!! More

I wasn’t expecting all that I’ve gained from this experience, I thought I was gonna come in here to a person that was just trying to meet their quota and give me whatever they needed to get rid of on the lot.
