I was offered same day service but opted for a day more convenient for me. The service advisor Nick Sloan was very pleasant & aimed to make my experience positive. He took time to help me with some questions i had about the screen technology & also sent a nice young man to pick me up when the regular shuttle driver was busy with several calls. The work was done in a timely manner & I assume properly but I’d have no way of knowing just hours after the job was done. I hate taking cars in for service but this was a good experience. More
