Unbelievable after taking car in for AC failure covered by Factory Recall Heritage did service but ac stopped working again doing same thing as before. Took it in now they’ve had car 5 times in total and i by Factory Recall Heritage did service but ac stopped working again doing same thing as before. Took it in now they’ve had car 5 times in total and it has stopped working again! It’s 90degrees on my ride home from work and after forking out hundreds of dollars for them to do same repairs multiple times to condenser I’m driving a sweat box home again!!! 5 times I’ve dropped car off and had to go back to pick it up and I’ve had enough can’t believe they run their shop like this after bringing it back third time you would have thought their service manager would have made sure was fixed properly but now it has to go in for 6th time to be repaired! This is a service bulletin issue every Honda accord those models all had to get same repair done how can it be that difficult…..?So disappointed. Good luck to their next customer! More
