We visited the Bel Air dealership on 9-5-14 and brought our new Pilot home the same evening. We were so impressed with the process of Max going over the whole vehicle. My husband and I have always purchased new vehicles, but have never had such attention given to us from the first 5 minutes of pulling on the lot to the signing of the paperwork. First impressions are lasting ones and this one definitely will be - I have already spread the word to family and friends! Outstanding Service Scott is the BEST. After initially explaining why I was there, he went over everything with me before I left. When he contacted me the next day, he Scott is the BEST.
