As always the customer service delivered by Chrissy Richmond, and also J R Hamilton (formerly Sales, now Service Dept), was over and above expectation As always the customer service delivered by Chrissy Richmond, and also J R Hamilton (formerly Sales, now Service Dept), was over and above expectations. I have been bringing my Honda's to this dealership for the past 10 years (approximate). For most of those years I have dealt with Chrissy in the Service Department and everytime I see her she always makes me feel like I am a favorite/special customer. The same with J R Hamilton....both my husband and I bought Honda's from J R 4 years ago and everytime he see's us he treats us like we are special customers too. Please realize that there are many "great" auto's out there these days but not only does the car I purchase have to be a great vehicle but the dealership employees I must work with after the purchase of a car must be wonderful to deal with....otherwise I would not purchase a vechile from the dealership. Take my word on the above. Back in the late 1970's I purchased a Toyota (which is a good auto) from different local dealership but because the Service Dept. screwed around with me, I never went back to them again to purchase a Toyota. I truly base purchasing my a new auto on a dealerships customer service. More
