My buying experience was ok at best. Peter was a very good sales person and do not have anything but good things to say about him. He was friendly, helpful and explained the vehicle well. Mike Dowdy in finance was good as well. I felt that the rest of the staff was not very friendly. I have been to a several other local dealerships and this was the worst I have experienced when it comes to friendliness. I actually felt like I was unwelcome in the dealership on two separate occasions. Normally a manager talks to a new car buyer after the sale to thank them and assure them they will be there if there are any concerns down the road. Another thing I thought was strange is that I basically I worked up the deal with Ashleigh Williams via email and she led me to believe she was going to be my salesperson and I was never even introduced to her once we entered the dealership. She apparently had given Peter all our correspondence and I did receive the deal as worked originally with her. I was also charged over $300 for splash guards and wheel locks and figured out on my own that neither were on the car after we took delivery. We did get that worked out but required another trip to the dealership. We would be hesitant at this time to recommend this dealership to anyone. More
The service was excellent. I came in for an oil change. I had a coupon which had been mailed to my home. When I pulled into the dock, Chrissy came over right away. When I expressed concern about the number of cars I saw, Chrissy assured me the was plenty of time to get the oil change. She was right. It didn't take long and the price was lower than the coupon. When I asked Chrissy about what other services my car was scheduled for, she went to the computer and checked into everything that had been done. She let me know what was needed on my next visit, and had the car outside waiting for me. I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit. More

Rick was very professional, not high-pressuring. He took his time and answered all by questions and worked hard to get the car I wanted at the price I needed it to be. I did not purchase my vehicle from Bel Air Honda, but have been taking it to them for service since I moved to the area. The service people are always kind and attentive. I have not spoken to anyone that does not seem knowledgeable and does not have a smile on their face which eases a lot of frustration. Service is always timely, and reasonably priced. I will continue to take my car there, and would definitely consider purchasing my next Honda from them as well. More
