Unbelievable after taking car in for AC failure covered by Factory Recall Heritage did service but ac stopped working again doing same thing as before. It’s 90degrees on my ride home from work and after forking out hundreds of dollars for them to do same repairs multiple times to condenser I’m driving a sweat box home again!!! 5 times I’ve dropped car off and had to go back to pick it up and I’ve had enough can’t believe they run their shop like this after bringing it back third time you would have thought their service manager would have made sure was fixed properly but now it has to go in for 6th time to be repaired! This is a service bulletin issue every Honda accord those models all had to get same repair done how can it be that difficult…..?So disappointed. Good luck to their next customer! More
Prior to March 24, 2026 I purchased a 2026 CRV, my 4th CRV all purchased from Heritage. I had asked specifically if there were any changes between the 2023 CRV I was trading and the new 2026 CRV I was pu CRV all purchased from Heritage. I had asked specifically if there were any changes between the 2023 CRV I was trading and the new 2026 CRV I was purchasing and was told there were no changes. That was not true and it took bringing the 2026 CRV to the Service Department where Tyler in Service told me they had reprogrammed the CVT and now the CVT has a constant whine to it, and Honda considers this normal. I find it hard to believe that Honda would reprogram the CVT when what they had prior to 2026 was perfect and added an annoying whine which just adds additional noise to the overall road noise of the car that does not have any sound package. Had I noticed the whine on the test drive, I would not have purchased the car. My deepest appreciation goes out to Tyler in Service who was very knowledgeable and who took the time to explain the situation. He was also very kind. More
Heritage Honda Bel Air has never been the most convenient location for me, but after a subpar experience at another dealership I’ll go out of my way to get major work done here every time. Tony Icenroad is a location for me, but after a subpar experience at another dealership I’ll go out of my way to get major work done here every time. Tony Icenroad is amazing! Very unhappy with service from your Bel Air location. Today my 2020 Honda Odyssey would not start. I called your Bel-Air location to see if you had a tow truck. Your staff connected me with a tow truck a Today my 2020 Honda Odyssey would not start. I called your Bel-Air location to see if you had a tow truck. Your staff connected me with a tow truck and I arranged for them to come out. What I didn’t know is that the tow truck was coming from Towson and I live in Aberdeen. After he got my van started, I was charged $200. He explained to me that he had to come all the way from Towson. You would think the dealership would’ve recommended a towing company a bit closer. Not a happy camper. More

I visited the service department to make sure a concern with my car could be resolved. Chris Martinez was very helpful in making sure a diagnostic was quickly completed, no issues.
