I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heritage Honda Bel Air! After a terrible experience (at another dealership), being told that my Honda CRV needed new brakes, new tires, new timing belt, all new filters, and an onslaught of other random things totall $4,000 I was beside myself!! I had purchased this CRV 2 years ago from another dealership and had dealt with Andrew Miller (the general manager) … he was so wonderful, I contacted him to ask would be it possible I that I needed all these things. Now when I contacted Andrew I was in Florida (where I live for 50% of the year) and I was about to drive 1200 miles home (to Delaware) and was terrified to drive my car. He assured me that since the last time I got the car serviced it was not possible to have all those things wrong with my CRV. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Andrew (the general manager) I am sure he is so busy running a dealership, but he made me feel at ease and as if I was the only (crazy) customer he had to take care of. I made the drive from Florida safe and was met by Andrew upon my arrival at the dealership.. he introduced me to Chrissy (the service manager). The kindness, and professionalism did not stop at Andrew… Chrissy was a total doll. Chrissy assured me that they would look over every inch of the CRV and take good care of me, and they did. Long story short, my CRV got an oil change and new tires and that is all she needed. Every person at the dealership was so kind, friendly and wonderful to deal with!!! I will continue to make the hour dive to have my car serviced at Heritage.. you can not put a price on honesty and peace of mind! Thank you so much Andrew, Chrissy & the entire Heritage Honda team!
