When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted right away. Brittany was helping me. She was very courteous and efficient. She told me to enjoy some coffee and cookies while I was waiting, since I declined the offer of a loaner car. The fresh, home-baked cookies were excellent! They were a delicious treat to enjoy while I read the paper. I rely on Bel Air Honda for all my maintenance needs. They are great to deal with! More
