But I wasn't welcomed, when someone finally took care of me I felt like a bother - they tried to upsell me and got an attitude when I declined. that. The replacement of the window motor was done pretty quickly. The folks at Heritage don't believe in giving the customer a little extra though. They never clean my car when I have work done there.
