Had traveled cross country and needed an oil change. Once I got through to the service dept and was able to speak with someone, scheduling the appointment was easy. When I arrived for my appointment, I was checked in quickly. The oil change took over an hour. While that’s not the worst, I’m not sure why it took that long since I had an appointment. That’s really my only issue…the time. The staff was great and when my car was ready, I was checked out and on my way. More

Went in for “Express Service” routine oil chg ., tire rotation and new wiper blades. Took 2 hrs! I understand that people can be busy but I think someone could have at least acknowledged me and said we will be right with you. Terrible customer service. Zero stars! More
