My experience was great. I arrived early for my appointment and was seen immediately. Tony and I discussed my reason for service to my car as well as informed me of needed maintenance. While waitin appointment and was seen immediately. Tony and I discussed my reason for service to my car as well as informed me of needed maintenance. While waiting, Tony, let me know about needing front brakes. I was in and out in about one and a half hours and that is with my car wash!!. Tony, was very helpful, thoughtful and professional. More
Very Happy We took our 2017 pilot in for a problem we’ve been having for about a month. When we showed up we talked with Chuck Robbins. He informed us about an u We took our 2017 pilot in for a problem we’ve been having for about a month. When we showed up we talked with Chuck Robbins. He informed us about an update and took the vehicle in for that update. While in there it was discovered that the fuel injectors needed to be replace. He told us it was covered under warranty and we were out of there in about an hour and a half. My wife says the car runs like a race car now. Very happy with my experience there. More

Appointments aren’t really appointments Very disappointing service yesterday 7/8/2020...made an appointment by telephone for 1pm arriving at 12:50; the service writers decided to greet and w Very disappointing service yesterday 7/8/2020...made an appointment by telephone for 1pm arriving at 12:50; the service writers decided to greet and write up two others who arrived 5-10 minutes after I did. They got to me about 12:10. I came in for an inspection service which I was told would take an hour and therefore I should have been out of there about 2 pm, or thereabouts...the service writer came back to the waiting room at 3:40 pm to give me the inspection results but with no explanation for the long delay nor ANY update during the more than 2 1/2 hour wait. Apparently an appointment for service isn’t an appointment at all. More
Service was great and prompt. The advisor Scott, took the time to listen to my complaints and found out what was wrong with my tires after being at the dealership twice for the same problem. Sorry to bother you Arrived for service at scheduled time. Pulled in - 3 men looked at me like I was bothering them, no one gave direction or greeted me in any way. I had Arrived for service at scheduled time. Pulled in - 3 men looked at me like I was bothering them, no one gave direction or greeted me in any way. I had my window down but not a peep .Finally, after a few minutes a gentleman came to my car and advised me. Oil change was done in a timely manner but no multi point inspection was performed or if it was not was no relayed to me on my invoice. Listed on my invoice were items that were noted from my last oil change - a few that had already been performed. Serve dept. could use some people skills training. All of them. More
