Two recalls Great service at Heritage. However American Honda didn’t make parts available for the steering wheel problem. They were continuing to build cars so Great service at Heritage. They just chose to leave a serious safety situation undone. One other thing. When I talked to the American Honda rep he stated that the call was being recorded. When I kidded that I was recording it also he ended the call and hung up on me. That action is probably illegal. More

Pricing was a little steep. Being charged to just check something out is a bit rough, but sometimes absolutely necessary. More

Other dealerships in the area (Parkvile Heritage, and Glen Burnie Honda) along with online part stores had the parts listed at MSRP. Heritage Belair has the parts listed for 2x or even 3x MSRP. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told “he said that’s the price it can not be changed” He wouldn’t even get on the phone. So I called back and spoke directly to a manager. After going back and forth with her she said she would call me back. I did get a call back and they ended up selling me the parts for MSRP. This place will always up charge their parts and services so be careful when doing business with them. More
