Bad experience I took my car for oil change The first service advisor was in rush, rude and unprofessional, he asked for my keys and I told him I know where to go a I took my car for oil change The first service advisor was in rush, rude and unprofessional, he asked for my keys and I told him I know where to go and he said can you stop talking! I told him I am here for service, he said a1 and I said I have to leave in an hour, he said oil change and tire rotation, i said yes. I brought up a problem in the touch scream, he seemed annoyed and again he told me stop talking. He said the work takes 55 to one hour, it took 2 hours and they did not do tire rotation Again the first service adviser was horrible not the second one. I asked the second one why they didn't do tire rotation, he said you didnt need it, LOL, More

17 Honda CR-V recall Called for recall appointment. Was given an appointment in less than an hour by a very courteous receptionist. Service agent, Scott, was excellent. It seems like there is no real good process for seeing a service advisor--walk in the door and get hawked by the first available person. They seem more sales oriented than people oriented. Jones Junction has them beat in this category. The shuttle service is a nice touch, and Don the driver is wonderful. Wish the experience was better. Not really looking forward to my next service. More

He truly drove home my confidence to keep bringing my vehicle to Heritage Honda of Bel Air for service. In addition, I would like to know why Honda does not allow their employees to express themselves? Making an employee cover their tattoos is not a positive business decision. Apple is a Fortune 500 Company that allows their employees the freedom to display their tattoos of artwork. In some cases customers feel more confident with an employee that is confident enough in themselves to show off their artwork. I hope Honda will review their policy and really take the company into the 21st Century. More

Service advisor Mr. Mike Weatherman was also courteous and efficient when I made the recall appointment by telephone. 2. Mr. Davis found an empty desk for me to use while I waited for the repair to be done. Much appreciated. 3. I found the background music annoying. Music was too loud, and the type of music was did not support a calm, professional, and upscale sales environment. More

If my husband and I did not call to follow up with the service team, my car would likely have never been fixed. I had to call when it first went in and was told hour to hour and a half (it was there from 10am until 3pm), had to call to see if the new entertainment system was in yet (over a week later without a call), and then had to call to see when it would be completed. The incompetence was quite frustrating and if there was a closer dealership, we would go elsewhere. More

Had my car fixed today Although I was told my repair would not be completed until tomorrow because parts had to be ordered (which was not going to be very convenient), the d Although I was told my repair would not be completed until tomorrow because parts had to be ordered (which was not going to be very convenient), the dealership was able to get the needed parts from another local dealer and completed my repair the very same day. The best part is that it was 100% covered by the warranty. Great day! More

The waiting room was extremely cold. While I realize that the temperature may not be able to be adjusted, it would be helpful if customers were encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket.
