Don’t expect Heritage Honda to return your calls I dropped off my vehicle for a recall issue and asked to have the oil changed and a diagnostic test conducted as the “check engine” light was on. Minu I dropped off my vehicle for a recall issue and asked to have the oil changed and a diagnostic test conducted as the “check engine” light was on. Minutes after leaving the dealership, I called and left a message for the service advisor asking that the additional work be canceled as, in my opinion, it was overpriced. I didn’t receive a call back, so after 45-60 minutes, I called back to make sure the work wasn’t done. I spoke with another service advisor who said the other one was at lunch and would return my call later. I explained the situation to the other person, because I feared the work would be done anyway. Approximately 4.5 hours later, I received a call from the service advisor who said he didn’t have the part for the airbag and needed to keep the vehicle overnight, and he said he’d call me on the following day by 12pm. He also said that he received my messages from earlier, and the additional work was not done. On the following day, I hadn’t received a call from the service advisor, so I left a message for the service manager. That message was never returned. Finally, at 2:54pm, the service advisor called to let me know the recall repair was complete. From needing to call the service center multiple times to discuss a time-sensitive issue, to Heritage Honda not even having the part on site, to leaving a message for the service manager and never getting a call back, my experience was very frustrating, and I will not return. More

Had a positive experience with a young man, Nick Ruth I had to come in for a recall due to the right passenger side. I came in yesterday, August 20, 2019 and was brought home by a staff person, and then I had to come in for a recall due to the right passenger side. I came in yesterday, August 20, 2019 and was brought home by a staff person, and then picked up by a staff person and brought back to Honda. On the ride home, after I picked my car up, I noticed a light on where the odometer is located. It looked like a man sitting in a seat with a big round red ball in front of him. I knew the correlation was with the airbag situation. I came in this morning, August 21, 2019, and they had to do a scan (as that is what I was told) and eventually found out a plug was not plugged in all the way. Thankfully, it was done and I don't see anything on the area where the odometer is located. The place (Honda) is very well kept and clean. More

From Bad to worse I had to pay $175. For a diagnostic about my driver’s door latch actuator. I took the car to get fix and for all my good luck it wasn’t the actuator a I had to pay $175. For a diagnostic about my driver’s door latch actuator. I took the car to get fix and for all my good luck it wasn’t the actuator and they couldn’t fix it. They kept the car all day and they returned the car door with dirty oily finger prints all over the door cover out position., scratches inside the door handle. When I took the service survey, the service advisor left a voice message in my cell phone he needed to talk to me about the service he did. I was very concerned and upset this happened. It was king of scary this person knows my address, phone number and all my information. Are these survey made to help to improve the service or to leave messages to the customer when you have a bad experience with service. I hope somebody reads my review, because this is not supposed to happened. More
