Melody is the best!! I purchased a 2020 Odyssey and traded in my previous vehicle last week in a record amount of time. This was the easiest new vehicle purchase/trade I'v I purchased a 2020 Odyssey and traded in my previous vehicle last week in a record amount of time. This was the easiest new vehicle purchase/trade I've ever had! Melody and the entire team made everything seamless. Melody was an expert in all of the features the Odyssey had to offer. She was extremely polite, pleasant, and candid through the entire process. Once the purchase was final, she helped me move everything from my previous vehicle into my new Odyssey....3 heavy car seats and a LOT of other things that my children kept in the car. Heritage Honda has a wonderful sales team and I would not want to purchase a car anywhere else! More
