Great Experience I use Heritage Honda in Westminster to regularly maintain my car. This morning was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with them. My service tech Shawn Baker was hands down completely the reason for such an experience. He was very courteous, thoughtful, positive and helpful. He offered to get me a coffee and brought it to me....which I have NEVER experienced this type of service at a dealership. That was just the start. He checked on me to update me about my car, helped me decide which coupon was best for me. I truly feel in this day and age with the growing use of electronics and minimal personal interactions, that the type of customer care and service Shawn provided to me is a lost art that should definitely be the center of every business. I will be requesting Shawn for my next maintenance on my car and highly recommend him. I don’t care for the task of getting my car serviced, but Shawn definitely started my morning off great! Decent policies, excellent employees, I needed new alignment on my tires. This dealership did my last alignment 10 months and less than 10000 miles ago, but here I was with a problem again I needed new alignment on my tires. This dealership did my last alignment 10 months and less than 10000 miles ago, but here I was with a problem again, and not one with any known causes (I messed up my alignment the first time and I know that, but the second time I didn't have an event that would've caused the damage I was now seeing). If I was in charge of this operation, I would have admitted that such a short time and mileage between alignments was suspicious and maybe offered a discount when a customer needed it again so soon. I was disappointed to not get that courtesy. I even called ahead a few times to try and get someone to discuss it on the phone with me, but kept getting a run-around. I would like it if someone higher up in management would deal more directly with customer concerns and take responsibility. Still, the service and individuals I was able to interact with in person with on this trip were very pleasant, informative, professional, and prompt. Their bosses could learn from their example.
