! Thank you Rob Mason, John Schoppert, and David Showman. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My husband and I picked up our kids from school and drove down on a whim because after an online car buying experience went bad, where they actually lost our car!! and they couldn't guarantee when we would see it.. so we said forget it lets find something else, we drove to Heritage Honda and I found a Honda Odyssey on our way there we liked with 3 kids 8,6, and our 1 year old. Imagine the nightmare we thought we would face! Well it actually was a beautiful experience, Rob was our sales man and he really broke down everything about our vehicle and the price, and assured me that there is no hidden fees and he wanted to make sure that we were not going to get swindled or feel ripped off. Rob also really helped us out with our needs and was even able to work out a beautiful deal for us. He was also so kind to us and our children and kept assuring us that our kids were not anything to stress about (because face it, 3 kids having to wait 3 hours after a long day and past their bed time eeekk lol) so we really felt better with the kindness. David was also so wonderful! He wasn't even our salesmen but he kept coming over talking to the girls and he gave them toys in his desk he had and it really helped keep them busy. Just so kind and went out of his way to help us with keeping the kiddos occupied. John the manager was awesome and he was able to get us the top value with our trade-in! Our overall experience was phenomenal. They really changed the way I viewed dealerships and they definitely changed my mind that not all dealerships are bad. This was a great experience and I hope they all see this because thank you gentlemen for everything. You don't know how happy and thankful we are!
