Wasted my time I received a call from Heritage that my used Odyssey was sought after and they wanted me to come in for a quote to buy it back from me. While my vehicle was being appraised, i was offered a test drive in a new Odyssey. After almost two hours, Keith told me he couldn't offer much more than auction price. He proceeded to pick at minor issues with the car... which interestingly enough were there when I bought it as a Certified used car from HONDA. The salesman who was showing me the new Odyssey wasn't familiar with Honda's lineup and had several facts wrong about the car. More
