This was important because we had a negative experience elsewhere at a different dealership earlier that day. We worked with Leslie Hale and she was phenomenal! She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the car we looked at. It was a pleasure to work with her. She truly cared about our experience and our needs/wishes. She answered all of our questions and patiently walked us through each step of the process. She was professional, yet down-to-earth, approachable, and had a great sense of humor. Within a few hours, Jeremy got our Honda into the shop and got us replacement Van from Enterprise which could hold our three car seats. Amazing Experience with Ernie and Bill! Ernie and Bill at Heritage Honda are AMAZING!! Cannot speak highly enough about them and our experience in purchasing our 2018 Honda Pilot. My husband showed up with our 2 year old Son (of course just planning to look at cars) and right off the bat got a wonderful vibe when he walked in the door. (He had been to 3 other surrounding Honda dealerships and let's just say did not have as good as a vibe or experience!). They were extremely patient as our son kept interrupting and needed to be entertained and Ernie even put the picture he "drew" on his wall that had other kid's pictures as well. My husband is a straight to business kind of guy and they did just that- answering all questions and more, giving insider's information and not pushing the sale at all. Adam was also great and not pushy going over finance and the different warranties, gave us insider's information as well! It honestly didn't feel like we were in a car dealership as we were so comfortable talking with everyone. Even though the dealership is a little ways from where we live, we both agree we had such a good experience as a whole that we will be making the drive if/when we need anything done to the car.
