I think it was also nice that he was so personable and the conversation flowed so nicely, it wasn't forced or awkward most of the time! I did not appreciate being at the dealership for 2 hours but I have heard that is a pretty typical car buying time length! Alex was great though! This was my first purchase and I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. Chris and Greg helped me get the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. The best part is that the pricing was so great I was able to add in a few packages on the car without going out of my budget. A few months after purchasing the car I had to bring it into the dealer in a hurry for some work. Chris called me back right away even though it was after business hours, and worked with me to get the car into the service center as soon as possible. The following day he met me at the service center and made sure I was in a rental in no time. I would recommend Chris and Greg to anyone, especially those who may not be in the best position to buy.
