Routine service for code B16 From the start it was great, called in on a Monday morning and got a appointment for the afternoon as I wanted. Service code B16 had been showing and was right in the middle of moving to a new house so had to put it off till it was down to 5%. Pouring down rain but the drive in enclosed check in made for a dry exit. Check in was quick. You get to stay or be shuttled during your wait, I preferred to wait in the nice waiting area. Servicing was very quick for my 2015 Honda CR-V and Mike Meckley, my service advisor, brought in my paperwork and went over everything they did and checked. A quick bill pay using a coupon from email and I was ready. Still raining outside so it was nice to walk out into the enclosed area for a dry walk into the car. Excellent service at Heritage Honda Westminster, while it is only my second service there, they treat every customer great. I'll be back when I need my next service. More

Bought a certified 2013 Accord Aaron was my sales representative. He was very detail oriented and provided me with all the information that I required for my purchase. Brent was the manager who went beyond what a dealership normally does. I live in Virginia around 90 miles from the dealership. Brent offered the dealership services to have one of his drivers drop the car home after getting the car detailed. Once I got the car home, I realized that one of the fog lights had a fused bulb. Robert Lee offered to pick up the cost if I took it to any Honda dealer close by. All in all a very pleasant experience buying a certified car. I would highly recommend Heritage Honda to any one in the Virginia, Maryland area. More
