Awful service I bought my Honda CRV a few more months ago and took it back in to get an automatic car starter. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am and was told it would be ready by noon. I got there right at 9 and then they said I could pick it up at 5. I was confused & called my husband where he confirmed the times. My husband called & told the service dept we wanted at noon, no problem. In the meantime they gave me a rental car that smelled & was dirty. I couldn't wait to get out of that car. I went back to the dealership at 12:30 & they said it would take another hour. I made a point to be here early so I could get my car by noon. It's now 1:45 & my car is still not done. Very disappointed and won't be back or recommend this dealership. More
Excellent service department I have been using this dealership since I bought my Honda Pilot in 2011. Tom Henigman and their entire staff have been nothing but excellent and extremely helpful. They always tell you upfront what it will cost and how you will need to wait. Your easy demeanor and no pressure sales skills (even during price negotiations) made everything come together nicely... And once I had had a chance to go over my new suburban in detail (I purchased a used car) you guys were more than willing to address each issue I found (i.e: getting me touchup paint, fixing the cover on the rear 12VDC port, cleaning the hand print on the ceiling, finding me a user manual, floor mats, etc...). And also thank Jeremy Dedmon (back in service) for helping take care of the issues I found. Thanks again for a solid car buying experience. I will recommend both you guys buy name (along with Heritage) to friends that are looking for cars (especially Hondas and newer, excellent condition used cars). -Mike M.- More
Car smells like urine every since they got ahold of it. I scheduled an appointment for service on my AC online. Since I had made an appt & took the day off to get this fixed I through a fit. He said fine, leave it here, we'll look at it. After sitting there the entire day they tell me they can't find anything wrong with it. I get in it to leave and it wreaks of urine. It's been over a month & I still can't get rid of the urine smell. We've cleaned the carpet & upholstery multiple times & bought odor eliminator & still smells awful. My husband, who knows nothing about cars, looked up the AC problem online & fixed it himself with a part that cost less than $10, but I'm still left with the horrible smell. The service people at Heritage Honda of Westminster, MD are rude, ignorant, & just plain mean! I will never go there again!!! More
