We again thank Mr. Latham for taking the time to review our dealership. After re-visiting your $50.00 Master Card, we have discovered that an incorrect address had originally been entered, however we have since updated the information in our system. Our vendor has confirmed that a replacement card should be arriving any day to your correct address. We would also like to ask your apologies for your tag situation. Unfortunately, the Delaware MVA have proven to be less responsive to our efforts to help you than we had expected. In the meantime, we have made sure that you have a current tag that can be used while we work through these issues with Delaware. When the tags become available we will ship your tags that day via UPS to your address. Once again we would like to apologize for any inconvenience we have caused, and look forward to getting this issue resolved so that you can enjoy your new vehicle going forward. Thank you for your feedback.
