Awesome car buying experience I was well overdue for a new vehicle and knew I wanted a Honda CR-V, but not looking forward to the usual car buying experience. I received an initial offer from another dealership, but was not thrilled with the sales department, so reached out to Heritage Honda to compare. I was contacted by Joe Ski that same day. He was friendly, and not pushy at all. He emailed me later that evening with more details, and over the next few days I was able to talk with Joe on email and over the phone about the CR-V to discuss pricing and availability, and to set up a time to meet with him in person. At the dealership everyone I dealt with was welcoming and professional. I left that day with my new CR-V. I was very pleased with my purchase and especially with the customer service I received. My wife and I had not planned on buying a new vehicle for a few more years, but we wound up at Heritage Honda in need of a new Honda Pilot sooner than My wife and I had not planned on buying a new vehicle for a few more years, but we wound up at Heritage Honda in need of a new Honda Pilot sooner than we thought. When we entered, we were introduced to Joe Ski. Joe is unlike any other car dealer we had dealt with before. Warm, personable, interested, and understanding. I had a sales guy tell me one time, "Hey. I'd do this deal for you just like I would for my own family member." I did not buy a vehicle from him. Joe NEVER made any false statements, never pressured us in any way, and never showed anything but genuine concern. Without exaggerating....He TRULY made us feel that we were part of his family. The deal we got was outstanding (our sincere thanks to sales manager, Steve Rubin as well...another terrific guy.). The service and care shown by Joe was priceless. While we went to complete the requisite paperwork, Joe entertained our eight year-old twins. When I went to check on them (and make sure they were behaving and didn't have Ski duct-taped to a chair), I found Joe telling them stories and the kids laughing out loud. Buying a car can be a stressful, combative, experience. Joe made the process easy, friendly, and (dare I say...) fun. I found Heritage Honda of Westminster from a search at cars.com for a Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L in obsidian blue pearl on the morning of Saturday, March 22nd. I had found the car the day before at another cars.com for a Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L in obsidian blue pearl on the morning of Saturday, March 22nd. I had found the car the day before at another dealership in Maryland. I had called that dealership on Friday, March 21st and placed a $500 deposit on the car with my credit card. That dealership called me Saturday morning and informed me the car had been sold, but that they could get another blue one for me later that week. Well, I doubted that quite a bit as Honda is not making very many obsidian blue Accord Hybrid EX-L cars. So, back to cars.com I went. I got 14 results that Saturday morning and the first car listed as well as the closest to my home was at Heritage Honda of Westminster. I called Heritage and Joe SKI (Loncyznski) answered the phone. I told him I was looking at the cars.com post for the Accord Hybrid EX-L in obsidian blue at Heritage Honda. The Internet price for this car at Heritage Honda was the best price in the United States at that time. Heritage Honda offered the car at $2,729 off MRSP of $32,695. WOW! Joe SKI said the car was in transit and due to arrive any day in the coming week. He promised me the car at the Internet price. I gave him my credit card and asked me to charge me $500. Joe emailed me the Internet price of the car as he said, "If it is not in writing, it does not exist." He called me twice during the next week to re-assure me the car was mine and that it had not yet arrived. On late afternoon Friday, Joe called to say the car had arrived and asked when could I arrive at Heritage Honda on Saturday. As I live in Fairfax, Virginia, it is a two hour drive. My husband and I arrived at Heritage Honda in Westminster early Saturday afternoon. Joe SKI welcomed us and took us to see the car! Oh, WOW! I had never actually seen the car before, only photos on the Internet. Our entire experience at Heritage Honda was wonderful. The price was the price. No games, no surprises. The best, most relaxed way we have ever bought a car. I have to say that even though it was the last Saturday of the month and ever salesperson was busy with a customer, this dealership is not hectic or loud. It is relaxed, quiet, spacious, friendly. The time with the business manager was no hassle, conversational, and pleasant. The only surprise was the Joe SKI did take my money on the phone the previous Saturday. He had not charged my credit card! Heritage Honda of Westminster is something special in the world of car dealerships. It is worth the drive. More

When I came back to MD I wanted to trade my CRV for a Subaru Forester and went to Joe for help. He arranged for me to trade in my CRV and get the car I wanted at the price I wanted with a dealer in Owings Mills. I cannot say enough about Heritage and Joe Ski. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a car. More
