We chose Heritage Honda based on price alone. Their website had the cheapest price for the vehicle we wanted to buy. We're from Leesburg, VA, so the drive was not preferable. My husband called several closer Honda dealers to try and price match with Heritage Honda but basically got laughed at. We were told there were additional fees and kept checking the Heritage website for details and confirming their price. On a whim, we drove all the way up to Heritage Honda to check out the car and to have them evaluate our trade in. At that point, we thought for sure that they'd low ball the trade in to make up for their cheaper sales price. NOPE! I sweat to you, there was no negotiating done at all. We were shocked and happy with the numbers presented to us and bought the car the same day. Adam was able to find the color choice we wanted and we picked up our car the next day. Our only minor complaint was the wait time. We had our young children with us and had hoped for a faster experience. I wouldn't trade it for anything though because Heritage Honda took care of us and our needs. More

We had gone to four other Honda dealers before calling and getting a quote from Heritage Honda. After being put through the wringer by other dealers it was a relief to find one that gave us a quote right and getting a quote from Heritage Honda. After being put through the wringer by other dealers it was a relief to find one that gave us a quote right over the phone including tax tags delivery, the final out of the door price. Which was far lower that any of the other dealers after hours of haggling. No rip off add ons or surprises extras. We expected to get there and have them back out on their quote like all the other dealers or start adding expensive add ons we did not want. Instead Joe (Ski) Lonczynski was ready with the Honda Pilot we wanted and the price they quoted us. We took a test drive and the rest was so easy. No having to wait and talk to the sales manager or haggle over the price. After visiting all the other dealer we knew had been quoted the best price we were going to get. I wish we knew about Heritage Honda sooner we would have avoided losing days and hours spent haggling and playing the not so fun car buying game. Everyone at Heritage was helpful and friendly. We were told about all of Hondas Protection Packages and Extended warranties. We were never pressured to buy them or made to sit for hours listening to a sales pitch. We did end up Purchasing the 8yr-120,000 bumper to bumper warranty and the 4yr maintenance package. We are hoping their service department is going to be as upstanding and honest as the sales team. I and many people I know have not had the best experiences with dealership service departments. I do hope heritage Honda will be an exception and we will have a long and lasting business relationship. But, thats for another review once we use the service dept. a few times More

I had done a lot of research on the Honda Odyssey and had a report on the vehicle from Consumer Report. I was referred to three dealers by Consumer Reports. I had planned to visit all three, but my wife and I struck up an immediate rapport with Joe (Ski) Loncyznski. We took a test drive and confirmed in our minds the we still wanted the Odyssey. Joe did not have the exact vehicle we wanted in stock. He did not try to force a sale but he took the model and the options we wanted. He told us to come back on Tuesday and the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. True to his word, Tuesday came and the vehicle was ready and we are members of the Heritage Honda Family of the Mile One Group. I give Joe 5 Stars for courtesy, professionalism and honesty.
