They had the vehicle that i wanted at what i thought was a fair price. Joe (Ski) was the most enjoyable salesman that i have ever dealt with. I dealt with many dealerships when I was shopping for a new Honda. Unfortunately, some high pressure and others played mind games. Not Joe Ski! In my years of dealing with salesmen, Joe is unique. He went new Honda. Unfortunately, some high pressure and others played mind games. Not Joe Ski! In my years of dealing with salesmen, Joe is unique. He went above and beyond my expectations to not only give in-depth explanations of the features of the car but pitfalls to be careful of when dealing with other dealers. I expected him to be biased but never once did he bad-mouth another dealership. Of the six dealerships I dealt with, none matched the education I received from Joe to make the best informed decision. I will highly recommend Joe to anyone I know interested in a Honda and consider anyone who has the pleasure to deal with him, fortunate! More

My dad and I were recently looking for a new car, and while I had the model (2013 Fit) in mind the big thing was looking for a deal. After calling around and searching for prices, we got a call with an almost unbelievable price for it. It was a bit out of the way from where we live, but it was well worth it. I've heard various horror stories about people trying to buy cars, but coming here I was completely taken aback by how great the experience was. The staff was great, I felt no pressure at all during the purchase, and everything was explained to me pretty thoroughly without it seeming overly complex. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car in the near future. More

Horrible experience, 81 days and I still don't have my tags nor do I have a gift card that I was promised within 3-5 weeks. Went to Heritage Honda for a car that they had in inventory that was priced good tags nor do I have a gift card that I was promised within 3-5 weeks. Went to Heritage Honda for a car that they had in inventory that was priced good. I had bought a 2000 Accord from this dealership back in 2003 certified used, everything great that time. This time terrible, don't return phone calls and misinformed (Lied too) numerous times. Check out the posts on Facebook, would not recommend to anyone. More

I would like to start by saying I am second time purchaser of Honda (2006 Accord/2013 CR-V) and both times I have had Joe Ski as my salesperson. I'm the kind of person who likes to research both on purchaser of Honda (2006 Accord/2013 CR-V) and both times I have had Joe Ski as my salesperson. I'm the kind of person who likes to research both online and at the dealers before buying a car and spent much time reviewing the Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CR-V. My wife and I started out at Honda, test drove the CR-V and Joe Ski answered all of our questions with the utmost honesty. I explained to him that we also wanted to try out the Toyota RAV4 at the local Toyota dealer. Joe Ski not only understood but wasn't pushy whatsoever. Quite the opposite experience at the Toyota dealer. We were quickly dissatisfied with Toyota and immediately returned to Heritage Honda to purchase the CR-V. While working out the details (options and features), Joe informed us, that what we were looking for would arrive at the dealer mid-week and would be set aside for us. Now that's looking out for your customer! He provided us a great deal that we couldn't pass up and he made our buying experience smooth and pleasant. He is a great salesperson to deal with. Not only will he will get repeat business from myself but also from referrals from customers like me. Thanks Joe! More

The staff was able to QUICKLY get us pricing, financing info, and incentives info so that we were able compare offers easily and make the best decision for our purchase. We also liked that their initial discount/offer was generous and we didn't have to haggle over it. The icing on the cake was that Steve (manager) approached us (after the sale was all but done) to let us know about an upcoming promotion and offered it to us even though we were a few days early. All in all... it was a great experience. Look forward to purchasing another Honda in the future from them. More
