I would give them a rating of greater than five if I could. One person in particular, Chuck Hanna, my sales consultant needs a special mention. I purchased a Honda Pilot touring that comes with a lot of bells and whistles. Chuck very patiently and methodically explained all the features of the car. He took his time and did not hurry me to make the purchase (like a lot of the other dealerships that are only interested in making a sale). Great work Chuck ! Keep it up ! Not only he did he take his time in explaining all the ins and outs of the car, he explained the same features very patiently (I might add) to my wife who was at work and came to see the car the next day. We have purchased a lot of cars in the past but no dealer or sales consultant has spend so much time with us. The manager and the financial specialist were very friendly and did not "push" us with the financing or the other options. The dealer's price was also very competetive. I did not get the color of my choice however I was flexible and I like what I purchased. I am going to personally recommend the dealership and Mr Hanna to Honda Motor Company for the excellent service they provided. All in all a very pleasent experience. Thank-you Chuck! More

My wife and I weren't prepared to replace her vehicle but it became necessary. She decided that after driving a mini van for several years, and the last 6 driving a car, she wanted to get a mid sized SUV. He it became necessary. Heritage had quite a good selection of used including several different makes. After looking at the Mazda CX7, new and used, a RAV4 and the Honda CR-V we chose the CR-V. We searched dealers within a 100 mile radius and one thing we found out was that Heritage's pricing was comparable even with so called discount lots and beat many others. The choice came down to two similar CR-V's and Heritage stepped up with a very fair price making theirs the better value. Mike Fiore was patient, informative and helpful all along the way. He was also knowledgeable about a fair range of makes and models. When we emailed or called he got right back to us. So many others at other dealerships still haven't answered questions we posed to them. Bottom line, all 5's on the ratings because they earned it and I will go back. I have already recommended Heritage and Mike to 2 people this week. More

We had just made the decision to start car shopping and after doing exhaustive research online made the decision on a Honda vehicle. Being limited in our price range we decided to start at our local dealership because that is where we wanted to have a working relationship when it came to service. We originally chose Heritage because of its close proximity to our home but Duff the salesman, Dave the finance man worked tirelessly to make the deal work for us. Duff never pressured us to go over our budget but directed us to what was the perfect vehicle for us. He listened to our wish list, stayed in our price range and did everything he could to assist in finalizing the transaction - he was available at our convenience and everyone went out of their way to close the deal even when the lender was dragging their feet. Growing up in the automobile business I am naturally apprehensive when dealing with car dealers and sales people but everyone local we spoke with had nothing but good things to say about their experience with Heritage and we were not disappointed.
