The dealership as a whole was a friendly enviroment. Joe made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. When I walked into Heritage Honda Westminster on Monday, Sept. 5th, I wasn't sure what I was looking for in a vehicle, or even if I wanted a new or used one. I needed a new vehicle due to an untimely accide Sept. 5th, I wasn't sure what I was looking for in a vehicle, or even if I wanted a new or used one. I needed a new vehicle due to an untimely accident which had totaled my previous car and left me without any car of my own. Initially, I was approached by Edgar, who was very professional and polite right from the start. Eventually, after looking at a few different vehicles, I had decided on purchasing a New 2011 Honda FIT. That afternoon, after a test drive, we sat down and started to work on the financing of the vehicle. Unfortunately, due to my credit, there were some issues on trying to get the vehicle financed due in part to the fact that it was a holiday and it was getting late in the evening. Both Edgar and the Sales Manager, Shawn, worked with Mike in Financing in an attempt to try to get things taken care of. After a period of time, Shawn said we could go and he would call with any news and that they would try first thing in the morning. The next day, Shawn tried for pretty much the entire day to get the vehicle financed. After much back and forth with the banks and several phone conversations with myself, he finally managed to get it financed. Unfortunately, due to my credit, the payments and interest that the bank wanted to charge were a bit beyond my means and I had to let the car go. I was disappointed by that fact, but Shawn said that he would run everything by Dave in Used Car Sales and see if he couldn't help find a vehicle for me, something at least similar to the Honda FIT. The following day(Sept. 7th), I received a call from Dave at around noon. He told me that Shawn had made him aware of the situation and that Edgar had been working with him to find a car and they had found a vehicle that's similar to the FIT I was trying to buy earlier. I was at work at the time, so I asked it it would be alright if I stopped by after work. He said that it wouldn't be a problem at all and they'd have it waiting for me then. Rushing to the dealership that evening, within minutes of introducing myself to Dave, Edgar had brought the car around to the front. It was a 2005 Mazda M3; Used, but in excellent condition with full accessories. Again, a short test drive later and I was set to buy the car. After signing all the necessary paperwork, and signing the contracts with Mike(which by this time, it had gotten later into the night, past the dealership's closing time). Until that time, Edgar remained with us the entire time, making sure if I had any questions, they were answered and that everything was 100% taken care of. Even though the timing of the whole thing made both Mike and Edgar stay late, they still remained helpful, courteous and friendly. Finally, at about 9:30PM, I drove away in my new car, waving goodbye to Edgar. To those ends, I have rated this dealership with the above score because they, in my opinion, went far beyond that of what a normal dealer would do to find me a vehicle that met my price range and what I was looking for in one. Despite the fact that this entailed many hours of work on everyone's part, they did it all with a smile and being friendly and making sure I was taken care of. Even better, the car was priced extremely well for the the low-mileage it had as well as all the extra accessories. I was extremely impressed and will definitely think of Heritage Honda Westminster in the future when/if it comes time to purchase another vehicle! More

It was the most pleasant experience with a new car dealer. Everyone was eager to please us. At first I was looking for a certain colored Accord and I know they spent two full days to try and get that dealer. Everyone was eager to please us.
