I went to the dealership to get a window part for my 96 Honda Civic .the lady at the counter was friendly and promptly got me a parts guy, Rick Miller. He looked it up on his computer ,showed it to me and even had the part in stock at what i felt was a reasonable price.roughly 80.00 dollars . it was a window regulator (makes the window go up and down. they are 40.00 dollars used at a local junkyard. any way rick did an excellent job and was very friendly guy to deal with .thanks . very helpfull More
