But when it came down to the condition of the car, it wasn't very satisfactory. Why is it that they have a VW dealrship in the "group" but the vehicle was ONLY given the MD basic inspection. After about a week of driving the car, my husband took the car back and they did fix a problem with a wheel but a few days later my Husband had a flat tire and there was NO lug wrench and the jack is broke. Teh Autoclub that came to assist didn't even carry the right size. We then took it to a mechanic only to find out there was more damage to the vehicle than what the paperwork/CarFax said. The whole front end was replaced, headlights didn't line up, NO owners manual, and now we have a broken rim. I will NEVER reccommned Heritage and am very dissapointed with the service. More

Found Heritage Honda through an online search and purchased through the internet sales manager. It was a 2 hour drive to get there but totally worth it.
