We were looking for a late model used car for our teenage son who will be heading off for college this spring. It was of interest to note that during our couple hours of being on the grounds that various prior customers stopped by just to say hello to Duffy; all expressing their satisfaction with their prior purchase. The folks in the finance department were also very friendly, efficient, thorough and professional from start to finish. Having bought a number of cars over the years, we were quite clear as to what we did and did not want. Chuck was helpful, honest, very informative, relaxed, and completely no-pressure. He tried as much as possible to let us know precisely what would be at the dealership when we finally came out to see the car--and we drove that car home the same night. Our old car was in pretty rough shape, and when we asked about a trade-in, he told us there would be 'some value' to it, but advised us to try selling it on our own, to get a better deal. We both really appreciated his honesty and common sense on all levels. He, and Mike Lincoln (the financing salesperson), made this entire experience painless--not something people usually expect when buying a car. When I went in to Heritage Honda Used Cars I met with Duffy Zepp and some of the staff there. Adam was very helpful finding a trailblazer with the right features and in the right color that i was looking for. I would definitely do business with them again because of him. The paperwork took about 2 hours after the sale because of their ancient point of sales computer program that continued to lock up and give them issues. The gentleman actually said they had this problem frequently. It may be fixed at this point, but that really put a bad taste in my mouth about the whole deal. More
