We contacted Heritage Honda in Westminster when looking to purchase our 2011 Odyssey. I purchased a Ford Explorer from Adam Barnes, who was very professional and easy to work with. When I called to see if it was still available Adam was also able to answer all the questions I had. Mr. Adam Barnes explained in detail and answered every question I could possibly answer. He was very responsive, respectable, kind and very friendly. You just don't find this every where. He had a great product and he went way beyond the call of duty to satisfy me. We came to a bump in our journey and he got assistance from another co-worker (sorry, I cannot remember his name - he made it happen)to assist me in the process until we could make it happen.
