Adam Barnes went above and beyond, lowering the price $250 from the online price (which was already quite good) and arranging to have my rental car picked up at the dealership, saving me a trip. The only thing less than perfect: finance guy was a little aggressive with the extended warranty, and was not happy when I told him I wasn't interested. On the flip side, they realized the next day they'd forgotten to give me one form to sign, and sent an employee to our house with it, so we didn't have to make another trip. I'd highly recommend Adam and this dealership. More

He made you feel like he had known you for years. I felt comfortable with him that I was getting the best deal and that he would make sure that he would be there for me in the furure should I have any needs or concerns.He also took his time to make sure we knew every detail about our car. I never felt hurried or that any question was too many. I had alot of questions because I was torn between the Toyota RAV and the Honda CRV. Our next stop was going to be going back to the Toyota dealership. We obviously never made it there. We will be back with our future needs. My Wife has already said she sees a Honda in her future. Joe is a tru asset to your company. I hate to shop for cars but he actually made it a great experience. More
