She met Duffy on Saturday and after working with her for a short time, showed her a 2009 Hyundai Sante Fe that she fell in love with. She decided to buy it and the whole process was smooth, quick, and NO PRESSURE!!! The car is in excellent condition and between my daughter's trade and the discount on the price of the Santa Fe, our daughter drove home extremely satisfied and now has a new friend in whom she trusts; Duffy. After our test drive and after our selection was made, John and Steve insisted we drive the actual vehicle selected, not just the one used as the demonstrator. They wanted us to be sure we were comfortable with "our" CR-V, to be sure that ours fit us, explaining that each vechicle can have slightly different personalities. We took it for a drive and were quite comfortable with "our CR-V" and the purchase was completed. Everyone we encountered at Heritage Honda of Westinister made this purchase quite plainless and stressless. Neith John nor Steve were ever pushy, only helpful and obliging. I love my Honda Ridgeline. If it had not been for Allan Zepp I may have never given it a try. He was friendly from the moment I arrived at the dealership, he was professional and knew his products. I left with my beautiful used Honda Ridgeline and have been telling everyone since how it is the perfect vehicle. Being a female everyone thought I was crazy for wanting a truck. But the Ridgeline is so much more. It rides like a SUV but allows me to go to Lowe's and fill up the truck with bags of mulch. I would definitely recommend the dealership and the Honda Ridgeline.
