After contacting two other Honda dealerships via the internet for a price quote on a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX-L w/RES, I contacted Heritage Honda of Westminster for their quote. They came back with the best price bar none on exactly what I was looking for. So before I even stepped foot in the showroom, I knew what I was going to be paying. They also offered me $2500 more for my trade in than the other 2 dealerships. The salesman, Chuck Hanna, could not have treated me any better. Being a Stay at Home Mom, I had time to do the research on ALL minivans on the market and decided I was comfortable enough going to negotiate for my new vehicle. Many of my friends thought I was crazy because they would not have gone without their husbands, but I was confident that I could get just as good of a deal as anyone. Well, I was right! Chuck Hanna treated me just as kindly and respectfully as he had treated his other customers. He answered every question I had and even told me that if I EVER have a question, even years down the road, to not hesitate in calling him. I can't say enough good things about this gentleman. He was not pushy, did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. I told him that I was coming in to make the deal, but that I would not be making the decision that day because I wanted to sit down with my husband after receiving all 3 quotes and figuring out which deal was the best fit for our family. He was anxious to earn our business, but again, not pushy. I dealt with Shawn Davie, Steve Rubin, and Mike Wheeler. ALL of them could not have been nicer and were, again, NOT pushy. I would highly recommend Heritage Honda of Westminster and all of the above named people. You can't go wrong! More

John has a kind, courteous, attentive and calming presence that makes buying a car a positive experience. Ironically, on both occasions I was under a time constraint and he did everything he could do take care of business quickly.
