At no time did I feel as if I were being pressured into purchasing a new car or being taken advantage of. They didn't have a color on the lot that I cared for and they went so far as to check their other locations and found one I really like. My CRV was brought to the Westminster location and I drove her home later that day. I would highly recommend Joe and the rest of the staff at Heritage Honda of Westminster to anyone who is in the market for a new Honda. They are GREAT! More
I have given such a poor rating because I had a really bad experience and they were not very helpful in resolving my issues. For example I bought a mini van which did not come with floor mats. After I bought the van I went back with my list of 12 things they "owed" me. They gave me Car mats. Anyone who has a van knows that car floor mats don't fit in Vans...Took it all the way to the top and I ended up getting Van floor mats after fighting that. This was simple but we test drove the van and it was dirty :frank" said It will be clean when you buy it...Never was and we had to take it to the car wash ourselfs....Little issues that all add up to lack of communication and good service, Will not buy our next car here! I have been coming to this dealership for years, and the service was always good. Today I came in because I heard a noise from the exhaust. Immediately I thought I would need a ton of work. I got my vehicle in to Malcolm and he gave me peace of mind. The noise was simply a rock wedged in between my brake and backing plate. Malcolm could have taken advantage of me, but he did not. The service here is very honest and I would always bring my vehicle back for service. More

Friendly, upfront, professional, competent - all the good adjectives apply. I drove a long way because after a fruitless local search these guys were willing to get me the CRV I wanted at a great price. With the long drive, I was a little concerned that the story might change when I showed up but the reviews here made me think it was safe. Sure enough, everything was as promised on the phone and we even had fun buying a car(!). I don't know if anyone else is crazy enough to drive as far as I did but I won't hesitate to recommend the rock stars. More

The Financial Services Manager, Ed Cabahug was friendly, funny and was able to get the monthly payment exactly where we wanted it to be. It was worth the 30 miles drive to purchase this car. Heritage was also able to get me a very competitive financing rate and thus I was able to drive off with my new Honda the same afternoon. Chuck Hanna was awesome to work with. He went through various features of the car to give me a good head-start. I will definitely be buying my next Honda from Heritage. PS. I also had a extended warranty needed service done at the service department. This experience was wonderful too!. I would probably do the 30 mile commute to get all my car servicing needs done at Heritage. More
