He was true to his word and would not even accept a deposit to hold the car as his word, and my agreement to pick up the vehicle, was all that was required. He did exactly what he said he would do, which, unfortunately is a less common quality in many sales people today. This was in terms of both locating and holding the car and adjusting some accessory items for me. I left the car there for two days and returned to find he had completed this task after the sale. In addition to the great sales experience, Joe is an extremely friendly and personable man with a very interesting background and history.
