I wanted a 2009 Civic LX-S manual in Red. It was not an easy car to find. Other dealers tried to sell me what they had in their inventory but Joe encourged me to order it with him and did not even ask for easy car to find. My wife and I just purchased a 09 Odyssey. I had done plenty of research before we started shopping. The price Heritage offered was exactly what we expected and planned on paying. Our salesmen, Rob Mason, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The Business Manager, Josh Rogers, was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He got us the best interest rate around. He even beat my credit union interest rate. Josh didn’t try to force the dealership extra’s. He told us what was available and the pros and cons of each. I had to bring the vehicle back a few days later to have the Scotch Guard applied to the interior. The Service Center was extremely friendly and they had a loaner car available while our vehicle was being serviced. The only issue I had was I wish the dealership would have spent some time with us going over the Navigation, Blue Tooth and DVD systems when they delivered the vehicle. When I got home I had to spend a few hours with owners manual to figure out the various systems (i.e. the CD changer is behind the Navigation screen.) Overall we had a very good experience and I would recommend the dealership to friends and family. More

Rob Mason is different from any salesman I have ever dealt with. He listens to what you are looking for. He also hears you when you have mixed feelings toward 2 vehicles. Rob and heritage works with you to get your payment where you need it. The one main thing I have experienced with Rob, is that he wants you to be happy with your purchase so you want to come back. We do our homework on vehicles and drive other manufacturers, but Honda is becomming the vehicle of my choice. My family has made our last 2 purchases with Rob Mason at Heritage Honda. More
Many thanks to Heritage Honda Team for once again coming through in a big way. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased in the last 1 1/2 years. The first two vehicles were a 2008 Civic and 2008 Honda through in a big way. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased in the last 1 1/2 years. The first two vehicles were a 2008 Civic and 2008 Honda Accord EX. This, our 3rd vehicle, was a used 2006 Lincoln Navigator The clean up & touch up of the vehicle both inside and outside was terrific. I continue to be impressed with the "across the board customer service" that we receive at Heritage of Westminster. The keys to their success are the courtesy and the value they provide. They listened to our needs and not only satisfy them, but go one step beyond and exceed our expectations. Honda should use it a "model" for other dealerships. Joe Ski is the only person you want to deal with if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle. This guy will go out of his way for you BEFORE, DURING, and most importantly -- AFTER the sale including he are thinking about purchasing a vehicle. I like dealing with Joe because he is friendly, down to earth, no bull and a hard worker. Joe regularly sends email updates and newsletters, Christmas cards... and you are glad to get them because unlike most car dealers Joe appreciates your business and he knows his business in and out. That's one of the things that makes Joe so special -- he remembers all of his customers even though he has a large customer base he has built over the years. I drove past 2 Honda dealerships closer to my house and work to specifically deal with Joe at Heritage. Go do business with Joe -- you'll have a great experience and you will end up making a friend. I went through Edmunds.com to get dealer quotes and after a week and a half the only one that did not give one was Joe. I was trying to get quotes on Civics and Corollas. I called and emailed and nothing. When he did respond, very vague information but nothing to make me want to go. I thought the idea of getting dealer quotes were to get quotes, not to be BS along. If I could report him I would. Why do they belong to Dealer Rater when they never give one. I only live a two miles away, but that is one dealership I will not deal with. More

Going thru the web site, I inquired about a 2008 Ridgeline Truck. Joe sent me an e-mail and "asked" if it was alright to call me. Asked!! Have you ever heard of such a thing? I visited the dealership and took a long test drive and I loved the truck. I wanted a particular color which wasn't available locally but Joe found one in Pa. and personally went and picked it up. He also located an accessory I wanted and picked that up. From the 1st e-mail to the no haggle great price to driving it off the lot, Joe made the entire process a piece of cake.
