I was contacted by the sales person, Joe "Ski" who provided me with a out-the-door bottom line price - just what I was looking for. The price was right so I went in and met Joe in person. He evaluated my 2001 Odyssey and gave me a very, very fair price on a trade-in. That vehicle had 176K+ miles on it and it was still in excellent condition - another reason to purchase another Honda Odyssey. They did not have the color in stock that I wanted but found one close by in PA. Joe told me that he would have it the next day, Friday, and that I could pick it up on Saturday. As promised, it was ready Saturday morning with everything I asked for at the price originally promised. Buying a car today is a different buying experience than in my father's day thanks to the Internet. Mile One and Joe have both realized the power of the Internet and the rewards of being both friendly and honets.
