There was no song and dance of having to take the offers to the manager for approval. She got the job done. I have returned a few times for service and the service dept including March of this year and waiting area are very nice. There's coffee and snacks available. There comfortable seating, TV, and WiFi. When my car was almost done, Joe came in and went over a few things that I need to have handled in the near future along with estimates. I had some recall issues my car was repaired quickly and I was in and out in less than an hour. More

I appreicate your patience Ibrahim Kassim I shop around and found the best internet deal; chose Heritage as the dealership to initate this car buying process. I was preapproved through my cre I shop around and found the best internet deal; chose Heritage as the dealership to initate this car buying process. I was preapproved through my credit union but Mr. Kassim and his team was able to procure a lower interest rate than the credit union. This partnership started last Wednesday (04/22) but I was so indecisive as to what I wanted to do exactly. At one point the best deal was on the table but I chose to walk away. But Mr. Kassim did not push me or rush me into making a rush decision. I than did more researching and thought about going the used car route. My salesman was fine with that and redid the paperwork for me to purchased the used car....Now this was after several phone calls stating I was coming but never showed up because I was still undecided...But nothing but patience from Mr. Kassim. Fast forward to today 5/1 sent him an emailed with the used car that I found; returned back to the dealership he had cleaned the used car and had it ready for me to test drive it. We had another conversation concerning the interest rate and I was fine with that. But I was a little leery of the warranty and requested information for an extended warranty. Mr. Kassim explained to me that with the used car it was a lot different than buying a new car and the extended warranty may very well had put me where I did not want to be payment wise. But guess what he still had the keys to the new Elantra that I had previously picked out last week. We discussed the pros and cons and with that information I realized that the new car would be a better choice. Again with all of my idiosyncrasies Mr Kassim never waiver from the mild and manner personality that he exhibited throughout it all. I really appreciate all the patience and time spent with me and the successful ownership of a brand new 2017 Elanta. More
